skin will rebel by producing extra oil. Washing your
face 3 times a day is more than sufficient, otherwise
you'll end up with the oil-slick look.

How to prevent bad breath?
Visit
your dentist regularly and have your teeth cleaned
periodically by a dental professional; Brush teeth
and gums properly - use a mouthwash as Listerine or
Plax to keep your breath fresh longer; Clean your
tongue thoroughly daily; Drink plenty of liquids;
Chew sugar-free gum; Rinse our mouth after consuming
dairy products, fish or meat; If you wear dentures,
soak them overnight in antiseptic solution; Eat lots
fresh, fibrous vegetables and fruits.

water 30 minutes before exercising. Top up every 15
minutes and drink more after you've finished. And if
you can help it, exercise in the morning or evening.
And don't forget to eat a light carbohydrate meal,
such as cereal or a pasta salad before a workout.
